Current Water / Sewer Rates & Fees

As your sewer service provider, we are dedicated to stabilizing your service rates and ensuring excellent customer service.
The district intends to move all sewer charges from a variable sewer rate model to a single flat sewer rate for all residential customers. In the coming month, a Proposition 218 Notice will be mailed to all property owners within the service boundaries explaining the charges.
Most customers will recognize a decrease in your sewer rate.
For all customers who have recently experienced an increase in your sewer rate;
You will be provided a credit in the next billing cycle in the amount of the increase that was implemented from April 2026 through the current billing period.
The Board of Directors has directed staff to further evaluate the sewer charges to propose rates at the lowest impact possible for all customers. Once this analysis has been completed the notices will be mailed out to all customers for review and comment.
The District will also continue to apply credits for any subsequent billing periods, as necessary, until the Proposition 218 process has been completed.
Any future rate adjustments have been properly considered by the Board of Directors in accordance with California law. No action is required on your part.
The applicable credits will automatically appear on your utility bill and will be reflected in your account balance. If you have any questions regarding this adjustment or your account, please contact our office by email at :
