The City of Hollister offers a discount 25% discount on the sewer portion of customer utility bills if they meet the following requirements. This discount does not apply to the water or street sweeping portions of the utility bill. Sunnyslope sewer customers (those living in Ridgemark, Oak Creek, or Quail Hollow) do not qualify for this discount.
Proof of Universal Lifeline Rate for telephone service OR proof of California Alternate Rate for Energy with PG&E.
Customer must be at least 62 year of age.
Hollister sewer customers meeting both of those requirements are encouraged to fill out and submit the application below.
