Sunnyslope County Water District (SSCWD) is pleased to invite Contractors to participate in bidding for the "2.0 MG Fairview Tank Rehabilitation Project" located in Hollister, CA.  We encourage you to review the project details and submit your most competitive bid.

 

Project basic scope of work:

• Removing existing coatings

• Recoating the interior and exterior

• Enhancing the tank's structural

• Rehabilitate the concrete foundation

• Modifying and installing tank's appurtenance

Timeline

Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting: March 25, 2026 @ 2:00 PM at SSCWD Office at 3570 Airline Hwy, Hollister, CA 95023

Bid Due Date: April 16, 2026 @ 2:00 PM

Award Bid: April 29, 2026

Notice to Proceed & Pre-Con Meeting: May 13, 2026

Project completion date: 210 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed has been issued.
