Mike was first elected to the Board in November 2014. He is a senior ERP Business analyst for Monterey County. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in both Mathematics and Computer Science from Washington State University. He also earned his Master's in Business Administration from there as well. A few years later, he graduated with a Master's in Software Engineering from San Jose State University.
Mike also enjoys being active in the Hollister community. Over the years, he has been involved in: the Boy Scouts, YMCA Adventure Guides, theater productions, and has served on four San Benito County Civil Grand Juries. He enjoys coffee with his friends on the weekend, playing pickleball, and attending a local church with his wife Linda.
But, he considers his most impressive achievement and his greatest joy to be his two children. Mike was re-elected in 2018, and his current term expires on November 30, 2022.
