Key Dates

  • MANDATORY pre-bid meeting and site walk on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 10:00 AM PST.
  • Bids are due Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 3:00 PM PST.

Summary of Work

  1. New Water Mains - about 6.25 miles
    • 3,570 LF of 18" water main
    • 25,800 LF of 12" water main
    • 440 LF of 8" water main
    • 3,230 LF of 6" water main
    • About 1.25 miles required as Horizontal Directional Drill
    • About 2.85 miles as optional HDD or Open Trench
    • About 1.6 miles required as Open Trench
    • About 0.67 miles slip-lining inside existing pipe
    • Jack & Bore under Hwy 25 at Quien Sabe Rd
    • Rough grading portion of Fairview Corners for water line installation
  2. New Welded Steel Water Tank
    • Rough & finish site grading & improvements
    • Construct 275,000 gallon welded steel tank
    • Coatings, cathodic protection, & piping
  3. Modifications to Existing Steel Tanks
    • Modify existing 125,000 gallon bolted steel Foxhill tank piping, fittings, & appurtenances
    • Modify existing 150,000 gallon welded steel Stonegate tank piping, fittings, & appurtenances
  4. Abandon Existing Wells 
    • Destroy Venture Estates well
    • Disconnect from Tres Pinos well, but leave the well
    • Disconnect Stonegate well from potable system and reconnect to nonpotable system
  5. Abandon Tres Pinos Tank
    • Fully demolish and remove existing 50,000 welded steel tank and appurtenances
  6. Abandon Existing Stonegate Water Treatment Plant
    • Fully demolish and remove existing Stonegate treatment plant
