COVID-19 Update

May Contain: Magnified Corona Virus cell

We want to assure you, our customers, that your drinking water remains safe and reliable even during these trying times. The coronavirus has no impact on the quality or safety of your drinking water.

Sunnyslope District Staff have been working tirelessly to ensure all customers receive high-quality drinking water so you and your family may remain safe and sanitary. With the sudden increase in home bound residents, our wastewater maintenance staff are dedicated to keeping our sewer system operating efficiently.

As a result of the California State Executive Orders N-25-20 and N-29-20, the Sunnyslope County Water District Office will be closed to the public until notified by the Governor's Office of the lifting of such restrictions. Please rest assured that we are working diligently behind the scenes to keep you safe.

Although water payments are still due on the 20th of each month, no water services will be shut off during this time of National Emergency. As conditions change, we will be open to consideration of forgiveness of late fees and will be willing to negotiate deferred payment plans to the the community recover together. Thank you for doing your part.

To minimize exposure for you and District staff, we encourage payments to be made over the phone via credit/debit card at (831) 637-4670 or by check through the drop boxes in the parking lot and at the front door. Remember to write your Account Number or address on your check.
