The Assistant Engineer conducts daily level engineering duties for the District under the supervision of the Principal Engineer. He regularly works with developers to ensure that new construction meets the District standards and specifications. Throughout construction the Associate Engineer inspects all water and wastewater facilities that will become the District's upon completion. He assists in planning and managing Capital Improvement Projects to effectively provide top quality water and wastewater service now and in the future. The Assistant Engineer also prepares regulatory reports and provides them to the supervisors for review prior to submittal to regulatory agencies.
